Boil water (add salt)

Chop up and brown ground beef at medium temp (keep chopping the whole time). add salt if needed

Place noodles in water once boiling; pour in some vegetable oil. boil on medium-high for about 20 minutes

when ground beef is brown, pour in ragu. mix up, get sauce hot, and turn temp down.

rinse noodles with cold water

cover bottom of pan with oil, put in later of noodles (about 3)

add layer of meat

add layer of cheese

add layer of cream cheese

repeat layers two more times

put in oven at 400?F for about 20 minutes or until brown on top (kinda bubbling)
