  1. 2 lbLean ground beef
  2. 1 boxlasagna noodles
  3. 1 packagesgreen pepper and mushroom ragu (jar)
  4. 1 boxcream cheese
  5. 6 cupshredded mozzarella cheese

  1. 1

    Boil water (add salt)

  2. 2

    Chop up and brown ground beef at medium temp (keep chopping the whole time). add salt if needed

  3. 3

    Place noodles in water once boiling; pour in some vegetable oil. boil on medium-high for about 20 minutes

  4. 4

    when ground beef is brown, pour in ragu. mix up, get sauce hot, and turn temp down.

  5. 5

    rinse noodles with cold water

  6. 6

    cover bottom of pan with oil, put in later of noodles (about 3)

  7. 7

    add layer of meat

  8. 8

    add layer of cheese

  9. 9

    add layer of cream cheese

  10. 10

    repeat layers two more times

  11. 11

    put in oven at 400?F for about 20 minutes or until brown on top (kinda bubbling)
