Ingredients

  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1 lbchicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cupdiced onion
  • 2 tspchicken bouillon
  • 3/4 tsppepper
  • 1/2 tsponion powder
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 enveloperanch dressing mix
  • 1zucchini, diced
  • 1yellow squash, diced
  • 10 ozfrozen corn
  • 4diced green chiles
  • 1 candiced tomatoes with jalapeno
  • 2 can10 oz can cream mushroom soup
  • 1 packagescream cheese
  • 20corn tortillas
  • 2 cupcheddar cheese, shredded

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    add first 13 ingredients to large pot and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

  2. 2

    add cream of mushroom and cream cheese and cook until melted through mixture.

  3. 3

    layer tortillas and chicken in large baking dish and spread with cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
