Ingredients

  1. 16 cupwater
  2. 1 packagespenne
  3. 1 tbspolive oil
  4. 3 clovegarlic
  5. 1 lbchicken tenders
  6. 1 cuppanko bread crumbs
  7. 1 pinchpepper
  8. 1 pinchsalt
  9. 1/2 cupcooking oil
  10. 3 headbroccoli

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 12 cups of water in large pot with olive oil

  2. 2

    Place penne in pot once water is bubbling and turn heat down

  3. 3

    Let bubble on medium heat with pasta for 10 minutes (stir, and if additional time is needed, go for it!)

    While water is boiling for pasta, put remaining 4 cups of water in a sauce pan for steaming the broccoli. Wait for that to boil.

    Put broccoli on double boiler on top of 4 cups boiling water and let steam until desired texture (soft, hard, etc.)

    While pasta and broccoli are going, cut chicken tenders up into small cubes and bread in salt, pepper, and bread crumbs

  7. 7

    Fry the breaded chicken bits in the cooking oil on high heat for 7 minutes each, or, until crisp brown

  8. 8

    Strain pasta and toss with some olive oil so that it does not stick

  9. 9

    Put steamed broccoli on top of the penne in the pot and stir it in with the garlic cloves

  10. 10

    Add the chicken to the dish and let sit until you are ready to serve.
