1 packages16 oz Goya 16-bean soup mix
1 largeonion
1/2 cupchopped celery
2 largecarrots
4 clovegarlic
1 can14oz diced tomatoes and green chilis
4 ozchorizo
3/4 tspsalt
1/2 cupcilantro

soak beans in water overnight

add beans, 2 cups water, all other ingredients (except cilantro) in slow cooker. Cook on high 6 hrs or low for 8 hrs.

when ready to serve, stir in cilantro. garnish with sour cream, tortilla strips. recipe from family circle.
