bring water to a boil then simmer for 2 minute drain set aside

thinly slice chinese sausage then on parchment paper bake 200C for 20 minute drain set aside

put sausage then onion and carrot with cellophane noodle

top with 1 egg gently mix then top mozzarella cheese

bake 200C cover loosely with foil for 10 minute then uncover bake till top crispy and lightly brown
