  1. 1 cupSugar
  2. 1/2 cupMargarine
  3. 2 cupFlour
  4. 2 tspBaking soda
  5. 1 tspCinnamon
  6. 1/4 tspCloves
  7. 1 cupCoconut
  8. 1 cupCraisins
  9. 1/4 cupRaspberry jam
  10. 1 1/2 cupRaspberry applesauce

  1. 1

    Using mixer on lower setting cream together sugar and margarine.

  2. 2

    Add applesauce and blend in.

  3. 3

    Add dry ingredients in order.

  4. 4

    Place muffin papers into muffin tin.

  5. 5

    Preheat oven to 350?F

  6. 6

    Add half of batter into each muffin cup and make a small well to place 1/2 teaspoon of jam into.

  7. 7

    Add remaining batter and bake at 350?F for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top. (Poke with toothpick to test if batter is done inside.)
