Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspButter, divided
  2. 1Pork Tenderloin (1 lb) cut into 1/4 " slices
  3. 1 cupSliced Fresh Mushrooms
  4. 2 cloveGarlic, minced
  5. 8 smallRed Potatos, quartered
  6. 1 canChicken Broth, divided
  7. 2 tspWorcestershire Sauce
  8. 1/4 tspSalt
  9. 1/4 tspPepper
  10. 2 tbspAll-purpose Flour
  11. 4Sweet Onions chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    In 12"skillet, heat Tbsp butter over med.heat. Cook port 2-4 minutes each side or until trnder. Remove from pan.

  2. 2

    In same pan, heat remaining butter over med. heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until almost tender add garlic cook for 1 minute. Stir in potatos and 1 1/2 Cups broth, worcestershire sauce, salt,and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, civer 10-15 min. or until potatos are tender.

    In a small bowl, mix the flour and remaining broth until smooth. Stir into mushroom mixture. Bring to a boil, cook and stir until sauce is thickened. Stir in onions, Return pork to pan and heat through
