Ingredients: 2 cup all-purpose flour; 2 tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp ground cinnamon; 1/2 tsp ground ginger; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 can 15 oz canned pumpkin puree; 1/3 cup melted butter; 1/2 cup half & half; 1/2 cup brown sugar; 1/4 cup granulated sugar; 2 Large eggs, beaten; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1/2 cup chopped pecans; 1/2 cup raisins or chocolate chips(optional)

2 cupall-purpose flour
2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
1 tspground cinnamon
1/2 tspground ginger
1/2 tspsalt
1 can15 oz canned pumpkin puree
1/3 cupmelted butter
1/2 cuphalf & half
1/2 cupbrown sugar
1/4 cupgranulated sugar
2Large eggs, beaten
1 tspvanilla extract
1/2 cupchopped pecans
1/2 cupraisins or chocolate chips(optional)

Steps

In a large bowl, first 5 ingredients. Stir to blend together.

In a separate bowl, combine next 7 ingredients. Mix til blended.

Fold in pecans.

Grease 12 muffin cups or use muffin liners. Fill cups 3/4 full.

Bake at 375°@20minutes.
