Ingredients

  1. main
  2. 1/2 kgchicken legs
  3. 5 piecegarlic
  4. 7 piecered garlic
  5. 3 piecefresh bay leaf
  6. 15 piecechilli
  7. 1 litercoconut milk
  8. 1banana leaf
  9. 1/2 tbspsalt
  10. 1/2 tspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken legs until clean and then dry it with paper towel.

  2. 2

    Cut the garlic and the red garlic in a thin slice,wash and dry

  3. 3

    Cut the chilliin thin slice too ,wash and dry

  4. 4

    Take a heat resistant dish,governance the banana leaf around the plate(if there is no banana leaf there is ok if you are not used it).

  5. 5

    Then put the chicken leg into the dish/plate,then put it the garlic, red garlic, chilli, fresh bay leaves and then the coconut milk into the dish/plate, give salt n sugar,and then steam it in a steamer

  6. 6

    Taste it until you feel that the taste fit with your tongue, and then steam at about 1 hour/until the chicken soft. Then take it into bowl..ready to eat

  7. 7
