Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2 lbpasta
  2. 3/4 cupprepared pesto
  3. 1/4 cupchopped red onion
  4. 1 cupchopped/crumbled feta
  5. 1/4 cupcrasins
  6. 1/2 cupchopped broccoli
  7. 1/2 cupalmonds toasted
  8. 1optional-roasted chicken for the must eat meat folks

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Cook pasta. Best options include bowtie but anything works from orzo to elbow

  2. 2

    Chop onion and broccoli add to bowl

  3. 3

    Add feta and crasins

  4. 4

    Add pesto and hot pasta mix well adding a bit more pesto to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve warm add toasted almonds to each serving

  6. 6

    If you must roasted chicken can be added for meat eaters.
