Ingredients

  • 1unit Chicken breast
  • 1 tbspGaram Masala
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspChili powder
  • 1 tbspTomato Paste
  • 1/2 canChopped Tomatoes
  • 1Onion
  • 1Chili
  • 1 smallPiece of ginger
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 1 pinchCoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Medium fire. Hot pan. Olive oil. Chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped chili, smashed garlic, into the pan. Salt. Cook to sweat.

    Add the tomato paste. Cook through.

  3. 3

    Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Chop the chicken to cubes and into the pan. Add the garam masala, turmeric and chilli powder. Cook the chicken to brown.

  4. 4

    Add the chopped tomato and let it reduce for about 10-15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add chopped coriander to the pan. Cook for more 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve with fresh coriander leaves over the chicken. Chicken Tikka Masala, done.
