Ingredients

  • 250 gramspastry chocolate (+50% cacao)
  • 175 gramsbutter
  • 125 gramsicing sugar
  • 75 gramspastry flour
  • 5beated eggs

    Incorporate the butter in the eggs and mix well.

  2. 2

    Melt the chocolate and mix it slowly into the previous mixture. Add the sifted flour and the sugar too. Mix.

  3. 3

    In six muffin pans,previously greased and floured, pour the mix.

  4. 4

    Put the pans in a baking tray and preheat oven at 225°C and bake for 9-12 our delish chocolate coulants.

  5. 5

    At first it is difficult found out the perfect baking point,because our coulants should be melted on the centre.If their top it is done and the centre not yet,take them out!
