cook biscuits as directed. I prefer the large biscuits. when done cooking, poke holes on the top and dig out a small 1"x1" hole with a fork.

heat oil in medium high heat and cook ground beef until browned. mix in salt, pepper, ground cumin, oregano, soy sauce and vinegar.

add chicken stock until bubbly, then add flour and stir frequently until creamy. it will be very thick.

add milk, salt and pepper. cook uncovered for another ten minutes.

serve over the biscuits and garnish with copied fresh parsley. enjoy!
