Gosh it was so delicious! By the time I wanted to take a picture of it, it was already gone!
Steps

in a small saucepan, combine caramels, water, and butter. cook on low heat. stirring, until caramels are melted. remove from the heat and set aside

in a bowl beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.

gradually add Carmel mix to the egg mix. stir in chopped pecans
- 4
add mixture to pie shell. if you would like add the pecan halfs over the top.

bake at 350 for 35-40 minuets or until pie is set. don't forget to cool it on a wire rack.
