  1. 1 kgminced veal & pork meat
  2. 2eggs
  3. 50 gramschopped parsley
  4. 50 gramschopped basil
  5. 1 canchopped tomatoes
  6. 5 tbspolive oil
  7. 10 slicemozzarella cheese
  8. salt
  9. black pepper
  10. 2garlic cloves grated

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix together the meat, eggs, parsley, basil, grated garlic then seasoning and level up the composition into a round tray with cooking paper

  2. 2

    Get rid of extra tomato sauce from the can, mix tomatoes with olive oil and level them over the meat composition in the round tray

  3. 3

    Put all mozzarella cheese slices on the top of meat and tomatoes composition and cook for 25 minutes at 200 °C
