chop it in 1/2 cm thick pieces

add plaintain in saucepan with 4 cups of water, salt and turmeric powder

cook till soft

heat oil in pan. add heeng, jeera, other soices except amchur and garam masala

add plaintain and amchur, garam masala, chillies mix well

cook for a few minutes
