Ingredients

  1. appetizers
  2. 20scoop style tortilla chips
  3. 1/2 lblean ground beef
  4. 20 tspsour cream
  5. 1/4 cupgrated cheddar cheese
  6. 3 tbsptaco seasoning
  7. 1/4 cupbread crumbs
  8. 1 largeegg, beaten
  9. 1/2 cupshredded iceburg lettuce

  1. 1

    Mix chopped meat, taco seasoning, egg and bread crumbs.

  2. 2

    Form miniature meatballs about the size of a ping pong.

  3. 3

    In preheated 375°F oven, bake meatballs for 15- 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

    On a platter take tortilla scoop chips, a tablespoon of shredded lettuce, top with meatball.

  5. 5

    Top meatball with teaspoon of sour cream and sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
