Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4Potatoes, peeled and diced
  2. 3 stickCelery Chopped
  3. 6Green Onions with tops
  4. 1 stickOleo
  5. 1/2 lbVelveeta
  6. 6 sliceBacon, fried and crumbled

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes, celery and onion until tender and drain

  2. 2

    in a separate pot melt butter then stir in the flour add milk, velveeta and bacon stirring frequently to not burn the velveeta.

  3. 3

    once cheese has melted add potatoes, celery and onion. Salt to taste.
