Ingredients

  • 2 lbStew meat
  • 1 packagesfresh mushrooms
  • 1 packagesfresh baby carrots
  • 1 largeSweet onion quartered
  • 1 canearly peas
  • 1jar of beef gravy
  • 1 lbquartered red potatoes.
  • 1 canbeef broth
  • 1salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Sear meat in a frying pan with mushrooms.

    Add all ingredients in crock pot.

  3. 3

    Cook on low for eight hours.
