Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8 ozRefrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 1/2 cupChopped pecans, divided
  • 3/4 cupConfectioner' sugar
  • 1/2 tspGround cinnamon
  • 1/4 tspGround nutmeg
  • 12 ozApricot preserves
  • 3/4 cupAll-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupPacked brown sugar
  • 1/2 cupCold butter
  • 1 cupFlaked coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Unroll crescent dough into a rectangle; press into a greased 13-in x 9 in x 2 in baking pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup pecans, confectioners' sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Drop preserves over top.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, combine the flour and brown sugar; but in butter. Add the coconut and remaining pecans. Sprinkle over preserves.

  3. 3

    Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
