Not to sweet and full of blueberry flavor!
Steps
- 1
Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well
- 2
form a well in the middle of the dry ingredients by digging a hole in the middle
- 3
pour milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla in the well and mix well
- 4
fold 1 cup of blueberries into pancake batter
- 5
scoop pancake batter onto hot, buttered griddle. I keep my griddle between 3-4 out of 10 and melt butter on it in the beginning. I scoop the batter out using 1/3 cup scoop.
- 6
Flip pancakes once bubbles form in the batter.
- 7
Keep pancakes warm in 170° oven on a cooling rack.
- 8
Sometime during pancake making, place 1 cup blueberries and molasses in a saute pan and cover. Slowly bring to a boil and boil for 5 min. Remove from heat
- 9
Pile pancakes on a plate and cover with syrup!
