1/4 cupVegetable Oil
1 mediumOnion, chopped
1/4 tsppepper
1/4 tspsalt

Peel and slice potatoes about 1/2 in thickness.

On medium to high heat, heat oil adding potatoes.

Add onion, salt, and pepper.

Continue cooking, stirring occasionally about 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown color.
