3 tbspButter
1/2 tspOnion Powder
1/2 tspGarlic Powder
1 tspCorn Syrup
3 tbspFlour
1/4 tspWhite Pepper
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupChicken Broth
1 1/2 cupWater
3/4 cupFinely chopped veggies (i used a can of mixed and cut them up)
1 pintsHalf & Half (or heavy cream for a richer taste)
1Fresh chopped parsley

In a 3qt pot melt butter.

Add onion powder, garlic powder, and corn syrup. Simmer 1 minute (Do not brown)

Add flour, pepper, salt, chicken broth, water, and veggies. Simmer 3 minutes.

Add half & half (or cream) and simmer till desired consistency.

Stir constantly (Do not boil)

Serve with fresh chopped parsley
