1/3 cupsugar
2 tbspvegetable oil
1egg
1 cupHershey's cinnamon or chocolate chips (can be found at most grocery stores)
2/3 cupmilk

Preheat oven to 400°F

Grease or paperline 12 muffin cups (2 1/2 inches in diameter)

Combine baking mix, sugar, oil, egg, and milk in medium bowl just until moistened

Add cinnamon/chocolate chips in the bowl and mix well

Spoon batter evenly into prepared muffin cups

Bake 15-18 minutes, or until muffin tops are browned.

Cool slightly; remove from pan
8

Serve warm with butter (optional)
