  • 2deseeded red chili pepper
  • 3eggs
  • 1 dashsalt and pepper
  • 1leek cut in rings
  • 1 literany stock of your choice
  • OPTIONAL ADD ON
  • 6cooked fish ball optional

Steps

  1. 1

    in pan with stock bring it to a boil then add ( fish ball /optional ) with leek and red chili pepper and simmer for 2 minute

    beat eggs then gently stir into soup and let the egg sets and add seasoning and simmer for 1 minute then off heat
