  1. 3 cupWater (around 3x250ml)
  2. 1 cupMaize flour (around 250ml)
  3. 1 tbspSalt

  1. 1

    Put the water in a large pot and wait until water is at boiling temperature

  2. 2

    Turn the heat to the minum and GENTLY add maize flour while continously stiring

  3. 3

    Keep stiring from time to time for about 15-20 minutes.
