crumble the yeast into the water and add the salt. Stir until the yeast dissolves.

combine the other ingredients into a bowl and add the yeast-water solution.

combine everything to a dough. It should get quite a dense consistency.

cover the bowl containing the dough with cling film or a kitchen towel and let it rise for 1hour

work the dough and divide into 12 equal parts.

turn the oven on and set the temperature to 250c (482 Farenheit)

use a rolling pin and roll out the pieces of dough until they are 2-3mm thick. Prick them with a fork if you wish.

bake each bread in the center of the oven for about 7- 8 minutes or until they are a darkish brown, It is beneficial to use baking parchment. Let them cool uncovered on a wire rack.
