1/4 tspSalt
3/4 cupWater
1 3/4 cupSugar

Preheat oven 350°. In heavy skillet over medium heat, cook sugar til carmel colored. Pour into 6 oz custard cups. Tilting to coat bottom.

Beat eggs, stir in rest of ingredients.

Pour into cups. Set cups in large shallow pan. Fill pan with 1 in water.

Bake 25 min or until knife comes out clean. Cool. Chill. Invert on plate to serve.
