Maida main salt,oil and ajwain dal kar soft dough ready ke le.

Pan main oil heat ke hing dale mashed peas and mashed potato dale all masala add kar bhune dry ke le.

Maida dough ke ball bana ke flat kar stuffing dal kar hath se press karte huy potli bana le.

Potli ko ache se seal kar maida dough ke rope bana kar potli ke edge par laga ke press kar de.

Oil heat karein.

Hot oil main fry kar le.

Serve crispy potli.
