Grind the peas in a blender to a coarse paste using very little water

Transfer the paste to a bowl add rice flour,besan,turmeric,green chilli,salt and water and mx well to make a batter of pouring consistency

Just before makng pancake add the fruit salt and mix gently

Heat the non stick tava and grease it lightly with oil
- 5
Pour a small spoonful of the batter on the tava and spread it to make a circle
- 6
Sprinkle little paneer,carrot,capsicum and tomato and smear a little oil along the edges of pancake
- 7
When cooked one one side turn it over and cook on the other side for a few sec
- 8
Serve hot
