dice the beancurd into cubes about 1/2 inches all around.

beat the egg with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.

add the beancurd into the mixture and stir well. be careful not to mash up the beancurd.

heat a wok full of oil till its deep frying temperature.

put the mixture into the wok and deepfry till its golden brown.
- 6
serve with the ABC sweet soya sauce.
