8 ozBBQ sauce (1 bottle) - your preferred flavour

Do not pre-heat the slow cooker

Dice up the onion and add to crock pot.

Rub the ribs wit salt & pepper, add to crock pot

Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours

Do not lift the lid too much

Meat falls off the bone!
