Came up with this in a pinch

Crowd pleaser great over rice, egg noodles, and mashed potatoes!.. Many variations so great one for weeknight dinners simmers all together in one pot!

I added some sliced onion and mushroom and served over egg noodles. Meat was so tender and delicious!

My version of this southern staple! Delicious over rice or mashed potatoes or even egg noodles. I also have made sandwiches with the leftovers. This recipe just lends itself to different menus.

Made this again tonight for my dad for fathers day. 350 was the perfect temp! Cooked for 4.hours and it was sooo tender and juicy. Everyone ate Like pigs! :)

I was looking for a filling comfort food for a holiday meal. This nailed it on the head. The gravy is such a nice touch.

Was supposed to make venison back strap steaks wrapped in bacon tonight but realized this morning I thawed the wrong cuts of meat! Opened the bag to find Venison "nuggets" as we call them. So I decided to make Venison Tips & Gravy with the ingredients that I had in the pantry!!

Very easy to make and tastes delicious!
