Ingredients

  • 1Chicken breasts
  • 1 canRotel
  • 1 canCorn. Do not drain
  • 1 canBlack beans. Drained and rinsed
  • 1 packagesRanch dressing mix
  • 1 tbspCumin
  • 1 tspChili powder
  • 1 tspOnion powder
  • 1 packages8-oz Cream cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the chicken in the crock pot.

  2. 2

    Top with rotel,corn,drained and rinsed beans, ranch dressing, cumin, onion and chili powder. Stir to combine.

  3. 3

    Top with cream cheese.

  4. 4

    Cook low for 6-8 hours, stirring once or twice to blend the cheese.

  5. 5

    Shred chicken into large prices and serve over rice or in tortillas.
