1Chicken breasts
1 canRotel
1 canCorn. Do not drain
1 canBlack beans. Drained and rinsed
1 packagesRanch dressing mix
1 tbspCumin
1 tspChili powder
1 tspOnion powder
1 packages8-oz Cream cheese

Put the chicken in the crock pot.

Top with rotel,corn,drained and rinsed beans, ranch dressing, cumin, onion and chili powder. Stir to combine.

Top with cream cheese.

Cook low for 6-8 hours, stirring once or twice to blend the cheese.

Shred chicken into large prices and serve over rice or in tortillas.
