Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsbaby spinach
  2. 150 mllow-fat cream
  3. 1 clovegarlic(minced)
  4. 1 pinchnutmeg
  5. 1salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Blanch spinach in hot water and then wash under cold water.

  2. 2

    squeeze dry. chop it finely and add to the cream , garlic and nutmeg.

  3. 3

    Season with salt and pepper. Chill before serving.
