1/2 cupveg oil
1 dashsalt and pepper

pre heat oven to 350

cut potatoes into cubes

place potatos in a plastic bag add oil and shake

then add ranch dip and salt and pepper and shake to mix well

put into a greased pan. and bake for 35 mins or until Browned
