Found this on pinterest awhile back n didn't believe it would work even after reading all the reviews. Well I am here to tell u that it does work and is amazing!! You can also add any fruit u like or nuts or even chocolate chips! The possibilities r endless!!

Found this on pinterest awhile back n didn't believe it would work even after reading all the reviews. Well I am here to tell u that it does work and is amazing!! You can also add any fruit u like or nuts or even chocolate chips! The possibilities r endless!!

Slice bananas and lay them out on cookie sheets, put into freezer for about 2 hours.

Take them from the freezer to your food processor or blender and blend them up, stopping every few min or so to scrap the sides down.

It does take a lil while but once it reaches the creaminess u like you can serve it as is and it will be more like a custard or put into a container and put into freezer til nice and thick like ice cream.

Update: If planning to keep this for a few days or so add a crushed vitamin C tablet and give it a good stir!
