Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 600 gramsspicey sausage (does not have to be spicey)
  2. 1 largeOnion
  3. 2 cloveGarlic
  4. 8 cupWater
  5. 2 cupRed lentils
  6. 1salt
  7. 1pepper
  8. 1chili flakes
  9. 1 tbspFresh chopped Koriander
  10. 1 largeRed bell pepper (optional)
  11. 1cube of meat boullion

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Chopp sausage and bell pepper

  2. 2

    Chopp the onion and garlic. Fry them in a saucepot until they just start getting brown

  3. 3

    Add all the water to the saucepot and spices. Wait until it starts cooking and add the boullion

  4. 4

    Add the lentils and cook them until almost finished. Just before they finnish (about 1 - 2 min) add the sausage and bell pepper and cook until sausage is finished

  5. 5

    (Optional) If you want you can fry the sausage before adding it to the saucepot.
