Ingredients

For Brownies
19 1/2 packagesBrownie mix
1Egg
1Vegetable oil
1Water (or whatever the package calls for)
For Middle layer
2 cupConfectionery sugar
1/2 cupbutter, softened
1Creamy peanut butter (8oz.)
For Top layer
1 packagesSemi-sweet chocolate chips (6oz)
6 tbspButter, softened

Steps

Prepare and bake brownie mix in a greased 9x13" baking pan according to package directions. Let cool.

Mix powdered sugar, 1/2 cup butter and peanut butter. Mix well and spread over cooled brownies. Chill for one hour.

Melt together chocolate chips and remaining butter in a sauce pan over low heat, stirring occassionally until melted.

Spread over cooled brownies.

Let cool; cut into squares.
