In a bowl, mix beef, onion, zucchini, parsley, baharat, cumin, and salt and pepper

Add egg, breadcrumbs. Mix.

In the same pot as the onions, sear the butternut squash and carrots

Add to the pot one heaping spoon of baharat, tomato paste, and salt and pepper.

Fill the pot 1/2 full with boiling water. Add the meatballs. Add mint. Cook until ready.
