  • 4Tortillas
  • 1/4 cupFried Chicken (Shredded/Diced)
  • 2strips Bacon
  • 1/3 cupColby Jack Cheese
  • 2 tbspRanch

    *** Measurements are estimates, since I don't measure unless I'm following a recipe. You may need to adjust them. ***

    Shred or dice your fried chicken if you haven't already.

  3. 3

    Crumble bacon.

  4. 4

    combine - chicken, bacon, ranch, and cheese.

  5. 5

    Place 1 tortilla in a hot, greased/buttered skillet over medium-low heat.

  6. 6

    Spread mixture on tortilla, top with remaining tortilla.

  7. 7

    Cook until tortillas are browned and cheese is melted.

  8. 8

    Bacon & Ranch can be omitted and Mexican style cheese substituted for Colby Jack, to make a Fried Chicken Quesodilla.
