Warm Honey and Cinnamon Cafe au Lait

I wanted a different spin on my usual cafe au lait and sprinkled cinnamon that I had just bought and it was great.

Make very strong black coffee in a cup.

Sprinkle in the cinnamon and mix well. This will prevent the cinnamon from clumping.

Carefully add in the milk.

If you want to heat up the milk, mix in the honey to melt and it's done.

You can use maple syrup instead of honey. If you do, increase the quantity of syrup. When using honey or sugar syrup, reduce to half the amount listed and it still tastes great.

If you are on a diet, use artificial sugar and non-fat milk. Thanks to the cinnamon, it will still have loads of flavor.
