2 tspbouillon powder, chicken, beef, or veggie

Over high heat combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove cover and fluff quinoa with a fork.

Tip: I buy quinoa in bulk from Sprouts or any other health food market.
