This is my version of Trisha Yearwood's Chicken Broccoli Casserole, and my husband Michael's absolute favorite! I'm getting hungry just writing this!
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350, spray 13"by 9"casserole with cooking spray

Add rice to casserole dish
- 3
In medium bowl, mix soup, mayo, sour cream,lemon juice, pepper, and half the cheese. yes, this dinner is going right to our butts :P stir to combine

Mix in chicken, stir to coat. spread evenly over rice.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese

Cook about 40 minutes until cheese is golden brown.

Note- this is one of those things that tastes even better the next day, but we rarely leave any!
