brown the sausage add onions let sausage stick a little add wine to bottom let wine loosen the bits add peppers and garlic minced

add sirloin add spices

let sirloin brown add tomatoes

add sugar and puree let cook 3 minute taste add salt if needed

pasta should be done now

add cheese to sauce add noodles stir together enjoy
