Steps

Peel cucumbers, remove seeds. Grate/dice cucumbers. Toss with 1 tbsp kosher salt, put in strainer and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Add cucumbers in bowl and mix in vinegar, lemon juice, oil, garlic, cumin powder, dill and/or mint, salt, and pepper. Add to yogurt.

Chill before serving.

Garnish with chilli powder or cumin powder.
