Steps

Bring milk or water to a boil.

Mix oats with flaxseed and chia seeds

When milk or water is boiling, add oats mixture and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After about 4 minutes, add the honey and mix well. You can also add cinnamon or vanilla if you'd like.

After 5 minutes, remove from heat, add fruit, and enjoy. :)
