Ingredients

  1. 4 tablespoonsdry oats
  2. 1 cupsoya milk chilled
  3. 1 tablespoonchia seeds
  4. 1 tablespoonhoney
  5. 1kiwi
  6. As need black grapes
  7. As need cherries
  8. 1 tablespoonwalnuts,kismis
  9. Some kellogs(chocos)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pehle ek pan me oats dal ke low flame par 3_4 minutes tak dry roast karein.

  2. 2

    Ek glass me water dal ke chia seeds half hour tak soak karein.phir water strain kar le.

  3. 3

    Kiwi ko peel kar ke cut kar le.

  4. 4

    Ek serving glass me first layer chia seeds ki dale.ab spoon ko ulta kar ke glass me lagaye.slowly slowly soya milk add karein.(aise krne se layer achi set hogi)ab isme walnuts,kismis dale. Ab honey dale.ab oats ki layer dale.top par kiwi ki layer rakhe.

    Ab serving plate me glass rakhe.sath me fruits and Kellogg rakhe.fresh juice ke sath serve karein.
