Ek serving glass me first layer chia seeds ki dale.ab spoon ko ulta kar ke glass me lagaye.slowly slowly soya milk add karein.(aise krne se layer achi set hogi)ab isme walnuts,kismis dale. Ab honey dale.ab oats ki layer dale.top par kiwi ki layer rakhe.
