1 canRotel
1Corn chips
1shredded lettuce
1shredded cheese

cook meat in olive oil, adding onions

Drain excess oil from meat, add Rotel
3

Cook until liquid from Rotel is gone.

Serve with corn chips, lettuce, cheese, and picante if desired.

And of course, cheese. I spread the sour cream on the shell and add the rest. Keep napkins handy and a fork because this is really tasty. I also add 2 Tablespoons of Penzie Taco seasoning and Southwest Seasoning.
